ABOUT US

Mental wellbeing is core to our individual and collective ability to function as humans. Yet, it is often the most neglected part of health. We at Lighthouse Independent Media feel that it is time to shine a spotlight on this much ignored aspect of health, get the conversation going and build a bridge amongst the community. We are proud to introduce Mental Health Asia.

Our vision is to serve as a community platform for mental health practitioners and enthusiasts - to share knowledge, learning and resources that support the mental wellbeing of our larger community. We plan to introduce the platform through a programme of interactive web based mini-series covering different the aspects of mental health and build a stronger, more resilient and caring community.
